Life Really Is Up To You


Ishvara:

We live in a world of abundance, but the abundance is out of balance. A few have everything; many have almost nothing. The few may not want to share, but for this world to continue its existence, greed, selfishness, and separateness must come to an end. Humans need to be inspired to share, through connection, through awareness of a greater possibility. I daresay that if this lesson is not learned, those few that "have" will become have-nots, because the planet cannot continue to sustain greed and selfishness. The planet is alive; it is not a dead, inert orb, but an organism of Life and intelligence. Just as your body will not sustain an imbalance for long; neither will the world. As long as imbalance exists, there will be disease, life will be dysfunctional, and if that is not corrected, there will be death.

Seeing this, you can recognize the importance of awakening to The New Consciousness. You can recognize the importance of accepting a new operating system, a new way of seeing the world, a new way of being in the world. In recognizing this, you leave behind the past; you forgive the mistakes. Forgiveness is the way, because as long as people seek revenge, there will be death, and there will be no end to it. Revenge poisons the brain, destroys the intellect, to the point where all one can see is retaliation, getting even. It is very selfish and separative.

Forgiveness begins in yourself. You forgive yourself for all the experiences of limitation and selfishness, for all destructive tendencies and patterns. You develop the whole arena of forgiveness within yourself. You chalk everything up to a learning experience, to learning how energy works, and when you do that you quickly realize there are certain things you don't need to do again. You apply the experiences of the past to the present. What you have gleaned from Life is your teacher; it has taught you how things worked. It has revealed to you greater possibilities, and hopefully has revealed to you that spark of you that knows, that can, at times, see through the dilemmas of existence and recognize that there really is more to you than you realize.

There are moments when you know that you are very capable. There are moments when you know that you are unselfish. There are moments when you know that you truly care for the world, for humanity. There are moments when you know that connection is the only way to survive. Those are moments of greater awareness and transcendence.

There are many problems in the world, but I realized long ago that these problems cannot be solved at the level of the problems. Somehow, some way, there must be a transcendence. You must move to a bigger place, a more connected, transcendent awareness, where you realize greater possibilities. If you try to solve the problem at the level of the problem, you just create more problems. If you try to make somebody do the right thing, they feel compelled to make you do the right thing, and then you feel compelled to make them do the right thing. This applies to war: you bomb them, they bomb you; you bomb them again, and then they bomb you again. Finally, you bomb, and there is nothing more to bomb; it is the end. That is the height of ignorance and foolishness. Retaliation and revenge don't work.

At some point, one lays down the weapons of destruction--whatever they might be. Mostly they are religious beliefs and concepts. When you look to see what underlies the conflict in the world, you discover that much of it is belief: "You must believe this way, or else. My religion is right, yours is wrong. In order for there to be peace, you must abandon your religion and embrace mine, and if you don't, I have weapons to prove that yours is wrong." It has been an age-old battle, with each nation praying to their "God" to wipe out the other nation. What's a God to do? Nothing happens, except destruction.

So you move beyond that arena. You recognize it doesn't work. The New Consciousness shows that the old operating system is dilapidated, destructive, virus-ridden, full of worms, and there is no way it can ever work. The change happens now. If you resonate with this, you know what needs to be done. If you resonate with this, you are inspired with hope for a greater possibility for yourself and for the rest of humanity.

You probably won't recognize the particulars. Those come in the moment. When one lives through inspiration, when one lives with this new operating system, this new way of seeing, things are very spontaneous; you see them in the moment: "Now, it is time to do this. . . Now, it is time to do that." It bypasses the intellect to a great extent, because the intellect is clinging to the old system, but in time even your intellect accepts the new operating system, because it recognizes the benefit of connection, higher awareness, transcendence, and the ability to flow with greater information, accessing higher intelligence and greater possibilities. You are capable of it. It is within you. It is possible. It is up to you. Life is really up to you.

There is no arm twisting here; there is no song and dance to convince you. It really is up to you. If you resonate with this truth, you are already a part of The New Consciousness. You are proceeding to install the new operating system, a way of being in the world where you see things in connection, where you always see greater possibilities for any situation, where you transcend limitations of beliefs and concepts "about" something outside, and you embrace what is inside. You embrace what you see is possible in the moment.

The only path in Life is the path of allowing, and it takes place in presence; it is a thing of the moment. It is spontaneous, yet resides in a reservoir of information, of intelligence, of absolute knowing, seeing the bigger picture, and it has the wisdom to implement each step in each moment. That is who you are: a manifestation of Life, of intelligence itself, living beyond separation, living as a unique expression of a greater possibility of Life, moment by moment.

A New Operating System


Ishvara:

No one knows how many individuals it takes to swing the balance to The New Consciousness. It could be hundreds; it could be one. You don't know. All you know is what is in front of you, this step, this possibility that is accessible to you. All you have to do is to allow that it is possible.

You have allowed that religions were right, that philosophies were right, that your parents were right, that governments, systems and structures were right. You already know how to allow. What if you allow that there is something within you that is indestructible, that is all-knowing, that is totally connected with all of Life, intelligence itself, happening moment by moment, disseminating information that provides for the next step, the next level of awareness?

It is an immense thing that is happening, yet so invisible to most humans: intelligence birthing itself right into this arena, bringing more information, creating vehicles of expression of a higher intelligence, a greater connected possibility. It cannot be underestimated. It cannot be stopped. It is happening now. Faster or slower, it continues.

If you resonate with this, if you understand even in the smallest way what I am speaking about, you are part of The New Consciousness. You are embodying a higher intelligence, becoming a vehicle of a greater expression of information, seeing that you count, that you have value, that you are an important part of the synergy of Life, that you cannot be discredited, that you have a place, a function, a purpose. You are not pigeonholed. You are not contained or controlled.

Infinite intelligence relies on infinite expression. It cannot be limited in that expression; it needs a free rein, with open, connected, and transcendent possibilities. The human intellect is controlled and enslaved by consensus reality. Consensus reality is its programming. You can't fault the intellect for this, just as you cannot become angry with your computer over the fact that its programs are outdated. You can yell and curse at your computer, throw things at it, but that won't make it any better. The only thing you can do is change the program, change the operating system. That is what's necessary for humanity right now: to change the operating system.

Humans have been running on an old operating system. The old operating system includes religions, spiritual disciplines and traditions, governments, systems, beliefs, and concepts--all that conditioning, all of that hypnosis, all of that stuff that is not working. It is not the operating system's fault; it simply is outdated. The New Consciousness is the new operating system--a system that has lots of additions to it. It is faster, streamlined, has no waste, no redundancies, and it never crashes. You have the new system installed already. You can already move into this awareness because you are designed to do so, because you are a part of a great movement, The New Consciousness of Life becoming possible now. You just have to turn it on.

The intellect says: "Where's the start button? Let's start it now." As you resonate with this, the buttons are pushed, the new system begins to function, and you awaken each morning seeing a new world. You are not escaping, you are not ignoring. You understand the way the world is, how it has been, how it continues to be because of the old programming, but the new program transcends the old. Anything of value of the past will be used in the new program, so you are not abandoning your past experiences, you are actually enhancing them.

You have had many experiences in your life that don't seem to fit. Against the backdrop of the conditional, hypnotic processes, you've had experiences that seem abnormal, so you become a walking question mark: "What was that about?" Everyone at some point in their life has had a moment of a greater realization, the "Aha!". Often those moments are discounted, but they are Life trying to wake up; they are like a kick-start. If you are not paying sufficient attention, if you are distracted by the outside, or if you are adhering to a religious belief or concept, the kick-start is ineffective. It is mislabeled. You think, "I had an experience. It must be God calling me. I must join a religious organization, follow a religious discipline." So you join a religious organization, and the organization tells you: "Yes, God called you, now pay your money, support this system, give everything you have to this dinosaur, and when you die, you can go to heaven." Each religion has its own enticement to get you to sign on the dotted line, to give up your personal power, to give your power to the outside. When you grow tired of that, when you see through that game, you are primed for awakening. When enough humans see through that game, the world will change practically overnight.

The intellect says: "It will take a long time for people to change their mind." Yet you must realize that people's minds are part of consensus-reality belief. They adhere to what is there, which is the old operating system. It is like the computer that has no choice about which system it is running; it just runs the one that is activated. The shift can be as simple as changing the operating system for humanity. That is The New Consciousness. The New Consciousness is a new operating system, a new way of seeing Life from presence, a Life that is free of expectations, attachments, beliefs and concepts about something on the outside, a Life that knows the truth is within, that all possibilities are inherent within the human already. There is already enough genetic material, if it is activated, to create a whole new person. You have enough brain capacity to house more information, to resonate to more direct input of intelligence. You already have within you that possibility. You allow for it; you allow that it is possible.

It Is Within Humanity's Reach


Ishvara:

In this New Consciousness, you recognize current possibilities. You see through the schemes of separation, the beliefs, the concepts and the conditioning; you see those control mechanisms as having no power over you whatsoever. You find yourself able to do what is necessary in the moment, but you do it from a place of clarity, of knowing. You hold the bigger picture. You hold to a greater reality and possibility. You recognize an all-inclusive truth that really sees Life as-it-is and holds the higher possibilities.

It is somewhat difficult to talk about these possibilities, because they really are beyond your imagination. Your imagination is the consequence of hopes, attachments, beliefs and concepts--things you have heard along the way, things you have dreamed about, that have arisen in a separative reality, disconnected and unreal. The imagination finds it hard to see The New Consciousness, this possibility of greater connected existence. The imagination finds it hard to envision, to think or to allow that human beings could actually get over themselves and begin to work as one, to begin to work toward a bigger picture, a greater humanity, and higher possibilities.

As you look at the world as-it-is, with input from the media, all you see are destructive patterns, selfishness, greed, and control, so it is hard for the imagination to perceive anything else. On the other hand, that core YOU, that true Self, that part of the cosmos that is absolute, knows. This knowing resonates with knowing. You know you are one if you resonate with this Consciousness. If you resonate with this presence, you know you are a part of that. You may not be able to understand what I am saying. You may not be able to imagine the possibilities, but something within you tugs at this, because that-within-you knows. It has heard, it is moved, it resonates.

All the time the intellect may be saying, "Impossible! Humans cannot do that. Humans by nature are destructive and selfish." So you have been told. That's the way you have been programmed. It is a great control mechanism: if the outside can convince you that you are incapable of more, if consensus reality can continue to control you by making you less, you are imprisoned. The bars exist in your intellect, your religions, your systems and structures. They are fabricated from long-held beliefs and concepts.

Something happens when you dare to be different, when you dare to find your uniqueness and go with it. You will find you do not fit the system. You are not attracted to what you are supposed to be attracted to. You are not willing to go along with the crowd. You are not willing to say yes to everything the system tries to force upon you. You think outside of the box, independently; you think about a better way of being. You see the ignorance and foolishness of war and destruction, and you also recognize that there is a bounty of energy, there is plenty for everyone if it is shared. You recognize the ignorance of greed: hoarding creates more for fewer, and it just doesn't work. When you see that, you are resonating with a higher truth, you are entering The New Consciousness, you are not gullible, you are not ignorant, you actually become wise beyond your time.

You may amaze yourself with what you truly know in this connection. You understand from the very core of your existence that a greater possibility is within reach; it is not far away. The imagination says: "Maybe humans might get there in a thousand years, if they survive long enough." But I say to you the time is now, not in a thousand years or a hundred years. The time is upon you now. It is time for you to become conscious, to embrace this higher awareness. The world needs you, needs the true you, not the conditional, programmed you, not the wimp who is scared, not the individual who is so afraid of the outside that it paralyzes. That is not your truth. You are powerful.

Once you recognize the connection, once you recognize you are of The New Consciousness, you realize you were created for better things. You were not created to serve the corporations, the governments, the systems, the structures, or the religions. You were not created to serve those outside manifestations of separation, greed and ignorance. You are created from Intelligence, embodying information that Life wishes to project, to manifest, at this level of existence. You have access to infinite intelligence, to unlimited possibilities, if you dare face the consequences of disconnecting from consensus reality, pulling the plug from indifference and separation, and allowing that you are designed to be more.

You are designed to live in connection, to resonate with truth, to embody truth that is transcendent of the human ego, transcendent of systems and structures. You are designed with truth in mind, holding and embodying a greater possibility. This possibility waits, waits to be accessed. You access it by allowing that it is there. Doubt, fear, disbelief go nowhere; they form a treadmill of separation. Consensus reality is a track: if you continue to go down that track, the same result occurs over and over again. Aren't you tired? Aren't you tired of the same old story? Aren't you tired of religions that put on new robes, with the same old substance underneath; the control mechanisms that disguise themselves as liberation, when in actuality they are simply the old rules with different letters? In that way the philosophers were right: There is nothing new under the sun.

When you live in consensus reality, when you live according to the religions, the systems, the structures, the philosophies, and the spiritual disciplines of the past, there is nothing new. Yet there is The New Consciousness: a presence of a higher awareness, an emphasis on the human who can excel, who can be more. That state of being is within humanity's reach; it is the core of true existence, True Nature.

This New Consciousness


This is a message I have transcribed and edited from a talk Ishvara gave on June 12, 2005. - TG.

Ishvara:

The world will change when humans change. As long as you hold to beliefs, concepts, religions, spiritual disciplines, systems and structures of the past, you remain in the past, doing the same things over and over again. When enough individuals realize that what is past doesn't work any longer, the world will change. It takes a certain number of individuals to realize that the way things have been is a consequence of the conditions, the beliefs, and the concepts that humans live by. Their religions, their philosophies, their systems, and their governments contribute to the way the world is and to the human experience as it is now.

The human experience will continue in the way it is as long as you continue to look outside to a system, a structure, a belief, a religion, or a "God." As long as you do that, you remain powerless, you remain under control, and you remain conditional. Those things may have worked in the past, with limited benefits, but it is obvious now, considering the state the world is in, that they are not working. There are wars, poverty, starvation, and destruction. All the attempts at control are unsuccessful; things keep being the way they have been. To any individual who has the least amount of intelligence, it should be obvious that the way-it-is is the consequence of these conditions, these philosophies, these religions: the belief in the outside. When enough individuals realize that the system is failing, that the governments, the religions, the spiritual disciplines, the concepts, and the conditioning are failing, real change can occur.

It is time to embrace The New Consciousness, the new awareness of a greater possibility, of a hope that humans can transcend their sordid past, can overcome their destructive and war-like nature, their greed, selfishness, and separateness. The New Consciousness sees a bigger picture, allows for a greater connection, a deeper awareness, a knowing of a greater possibility. It is within grasp. It is not far away; it is very current, very present, and if you can resonate with this, you become a part of it, you realize there is a place for you in The New Consciousness.

In this all-inclusive awareness of human potential, of possibilities, all humans are capable of this transition. The change takes place within, in spite of the outside conditions, beliefs, concepts, the expectations, the doubts, and the fears--these are all mind-fabrications from the past. To become liberated, to live as a true human, is to live in connection, not to retaliate or seek revenge, but to seek truth, to seek connection and awareness, a transcendent experience.

You allow. You allow for the possibility. You allow that there is more to you, as a human expression of Life, than you have been told. The moment you realize that you simply are, you begin to move beyond your programming and conditioning. However, if you believe there is no alternative, if you adhere to your past religious beliefs and concepts, if you live within your consensus reality and conditioning, you remain stuck, because these things cannot help you. They were limited to begin with, because the human was not then capable of realizing more, but to cling to those limitations now holds you back; it holds humanity back. It is past time to let go, it is past time to begin the transcendence through allowing and connection. It is past time that you recognize there is a greater Life to be lived, that there is a greater potential you can access. It is not destructive, it is not selfish, it is not separate.

As you learn to work and resonate with others who hold this truth, this awareness, there is a special field that occurs. An energy happens, a transcendent energy that connects, that reveals higher truths, reveals greater possibilities, reveals a way, a way in which all of Life can prosper and continue the human evolution, allowing for even greater possibilities in the human arena.

This requires connection. It requires awareness. It requires allowing for the possibility. If you continue to adhere to your beliefs, your concepts, your conditioning, your religions, if you keep seeking relief from the outside, you miss the core truth, the presence, the actuality of Life as-it-is, moment by moment. You miss the possibilities. You live in a has-been world, retaliating, resisting, attaching, not moving, staying in the same rut. The hope for humanity is this New Consciousness, this awareness that all of Life is truly connected, expressing uniquely, individually, expressing certain aspects of the whole on purpose, with intention.

As you can allow this to take place, as you embrace it, you no are no longer enslaved to consensus reality, the conditional world. Yes, you will continue to live in the world, but you will not be controlled by the past. You will recognize, moment by moment, a greater connective possibility. You will recognize a way to be that supports and sustains Life, sustains the planet, allowing for an even greater flow of energy, a realization that there is more. You need not continue to be enslaved and controlled from the outside. You can dare to launch out into a new arena of existence, one where YOU know what is right, where you recognize the truth of Life, where you understand the flow of energy.

It Will Lead You Into Forever


Eighteen years ago, Ishvara had an experience of absolute awakening, and since that time the awakening has steadily deepened and evolved. His experience has made some people uncomfortable. He speaks with an authority and clarity which some find presumptuous, or even egoic. Some have been disturbed by the claims he makes, and have tried to persuade him not to be who he feels he is.

In my view, such objections would have merit were it not for the fact that Ishvara consistently lives what he teaches. In the more than ten years that I have known him (including seven years living in close community with him), I have found that he has no shadow, no neuroses or secret hang-ups, no dark side that emerges when he is criticized or when times are tough. Psychologists might say that such a state is humanly impossible. Yet I find Ishvara to be that way: consistently present, allowing, and accepting of what-is, with an openness to unexpected possibility that defies convention. In my opinion, someone who lives with that sort of consistency deserves serious consideration in what he says.

Below is the conclusion of a message I have transcribed and edited from a talk Ishvara gave on May 15, 2005. - TG.

Ishvara:

When I first became aware of the Natural State, I was in a place of utter surrender. There was nothing that I could depend on; I knew there was nothing I could do, that the human had exhausted its possibilities, had gone as far as it could. The "human" was humanity. Humanity had gone as far as it could, and so humanity took the next step, and I woke up. I became aware. Life said: "You are not this, you are not that, you are not that, you are not that, and I am not going to tell you what you actually are. You will figure it out as you go along." Many people tried to tell me what was happening to me. It all sounded interesting, but my cells knew "No, that's not it."

My feeling-knowing is that I am Life at the next level, and I offer to those who hear, those who understand, those who allow for the possibility, a new Life, a Life that is held within an unlimited possible arena of Love at the highest degree, literally loving the cells as they are. Love is the greatest healer. Love is the transformer. Love is Life itself. It is not the human concept of love. This Love is absolute, unconditional acceptance of what-is, which is surrender.

In order to move to the next level, ultimate surrender is required. That means letting go of expectations, letting go of beliefs, letting go of concepts, and most of all, letting go of the past. My cells cannot transform unless they let go of the past. If my hand is hurting from overwork, it cannot become better unless it lets go of what happened to it when I overworked it. Those memories linger. The cell keeps playing that record over and over and over, and it is the same for any disease, any lingering effects of injury: the cells are replaying a scenario: a belief, an expectation, a fear, a survival worry. And the cells are made of better stuff. The cells have more to them than the intellect can realize. After all, the intellect is just a bunch of cells too, even as it does its job to hold on to everything.

So the enigma is revealed. The path is clear and concise. The path is not that of an individual. The path is that of a collective. The cells that comprise your body are a collective.

Consensus belief looks at things a certain way, has fixed ideas about how Life works, and these beliefs often run contrary to what one's Authentic Life is already revealing. Thus it is important that you surrender to the Authentic Life, even though it may seem fantastical and impossible and dangerous and fearful and mysterious. You surrender.

The way is clear; the path is clear. The path is: love, accept, and disobey. Disobey consensus reality, disobey beliefs, disobey superstitious nonsense, disobey the "other," disobey the outside, and listen to the Authentic Self, the true Self that you are. In that, there is only one: It is intelligence. Intelligence is the many. It is not something separate. It pervades all of creation. Intelligence is constantly evolving itself, becoming more, through each unique expression of each cell. It is the cells that are important: the knowing that resides within the cell, the Authentic Life, the hidden existence, the knowing that waits to be activated, to be awakened.

Periodically, humanity sounds the alarm, and wakes itself up. This is done through an individual. An individual is stimulated into a cellular existence, where the cells activate and the hidden essence emerges, reforming and reshaping, unlearning the past, creating a new moment, a greater possibility, not adhering to what was, but knowing what is possible, and implementing that. The cells do it.

It doesn't matter what you call me. It doesn't matter who you think I am, because you don't know anything about it. You don't know your own cells. If you knew your own cells, you would know who I am, as I know who I am and also know who you are. Yet this knowing is contagious.

Your cells have agreed to be you, and your cells would really like you to agree to be them. You are cells; you are intelligent cells, cells of information. You have one cell that recognizes Bill Clinton, and another cell that recognizes somebody else, and another that recognizes still somebody else. You have one cell that recognizes me. Listen to it; it won't lead you astray. It will lead you into forever. That is why I am here. I am nobody, but I am everybody; an enigma, a presence, an instigator, an inspirer.

Allow for the possibility; surrender to the moment, and recognize that you have heard the Authentic Self, the non-dual existence of Is-ness that is intelligence itself, that awakens at a cellular level to perform transformation in an arena of acceptance and allowing. Embrace it; allow for it; look for it, and you will see, you will experience, and you will transform, moment by moment.

On The Verge Of A Greater Possibility


Ishvara:

I see the obstacles that are established from the past, because past awakenings have created precedents and expectations: "This is the way it is." It is hard for the human to understand that "That's the way it was" does not necessarily mean "That's the way it is now." The now is a new moment.

Those individuals who awoke to the Natural State did their job in bringing humanity to the next level. They knew full well that they would not be able to usher humanity beyond the next level; instead, they were at that place, that time, that moment of existence where humanity was, with what was possible then. In the Natural State, there is an inherent awareness of what is needed, what will work, and it defies convention, it defies system, it defies the past. So one is moved to an arena of aloneness to become a beacon that calls to those who resonate, those who can hear and participate. Ever so slowly, more and more individuals get it, realize it, embrace it, move with it, grow with it, and evolve. And they find themselves at a new level of existence. They still live in the world, interfacing with the system, yet they are beyond the system. They see beyond the controls. They see through the attempts to manipulate and force, to foster beliefs that serve the system.

Each awakening brings humanity to a new level, and in each awakening the work is to dismiss the past. It really is that. One dismisses the expectations, the beliefs, and the prophecies, for the prophecies are fulfilled in the awakening.

Individuals who have come into the Natural State are leaders; they are masters. They go by many names, but the name is not the person. The name is something from the outside that attempts to describe; it is placed by others. It is what the intellect does with the situation. For in actuality, there is no label in the Natural State. There is no title. There is a tradition of sorts: the one who is the highest is the servant of all. When you assist others in waking up, you are their servant. You baby them, you pamper them, you encourage them, you push them. You can be called a "mother."

This is something you need to contemplate, because there are rampant superstitions and delusions in the intellect: expectations, beliefs and superstitious nonsense about awakening, all of which foster more separation. On the other hand, you can realize that of yourself you can do nothing. That is very humbling, because the ego mind says, "Oh, I can do it myself. I know. I can get there on my own power; I don't need any assistance." That is the delusion of humanity. Humanity gets nowhere without a leader, without something that instigates the next step. It has always been that way, because the nature of the brain locks into the system as-it-is, gets caught up and establishes itself in "This is the way it is," and try as you will, the intellect can't quite leap beyond that. The intellect gets inspired; it gets hope, yet it needs the push, the shock, the instigation.

The brain grows and changes by example, by seeing. An infant watches and hears, taking in information. The brain watches too. It doesn't know what to make of the new information brought by an awakening, but it files it away.

I recently read in a scientific journal that one of latest discoveries in neuro-science is that each cell knows. I have been saying this for a long time, but now I have read it in a science article. Scientists call it the "Clinton cell." One cell recognizes Bill Clinton's face, no matter how it appears, in all different scenarios. There is one cell in the brain that recognizes his face. Scientists used to believe that many cells were involved in such recognition, but recent studies indicate that there is one cell that sees, that knows.

Now, if one cell knows that much, imagine what your body knows, what you know. If one cells knows a particular face, and another cell knows another face, then you most likely have cells that know what happened to you in the past, cells that are holding on to what happened in the past, cells that feel lonely and separate, cells that are ignorant, cells that are scared out of their wits, but also cells that are super-intelligent, cells that are trying to break free. You are an enigma of cells in conflict, and so is every human being.

If you love your cells, they can remember their perfection. If you are having pain in a part of your body, you can love those cells, and send energy to them. You don't love them in order to achieve a result. You love the cells as they are, with patience, and without expectation--and that can allow them to remember the perfection which existed before they became injured or diseased.

We are on the verge of a greater possibility. The main ingredient is surrender, because your cells are reluctant to go with a higher truth. It is as if the cell says, "I've been doing this for a long time. Why should I change?" Yet if you surrender what you believe, what you have come to expect, what you have become accustomed to, the cells can experience a new possibility.
