This weekly message is based on weekly talks given by Ishvara, at Alaya and have been transcribed by Terry Grant. Ishvara's talks are inspired by the world, current events, and the energy that is the Space itself. They are direct from the presence of the moment, of the space of Life. Ishvara is not a channel or a guru. Ishvara exists at a higher frequency and at all frequencies and shares these with us so that we may follow, transform our mental, emotional and physical selves and contribute to humanity in evolving into a new species of being. The intent of these weekly messages is to inspire from a higher frequency and offer insight on transformation, evolution and how to exist within the world among many problems and disfunction without being controlled by those environments. Alaya is a community that exists in the Presence of Ishvara. Alaya exists at a higher frequency, where every action throughout the day is done with conscious intent. Everyday, menial tasks are done with higher thought, showing that to be conscious in every act, not just in meditation or on retreat, is to show that one is ready and willing to transform, and in so doing, one transforms and evolves in every moment, not just at predetermined times. Transformation can be difficult at times, especially at an accelerated frequency. When this happens, it is a time to pause and collect oneself, evening out one's energy into a more stable form. Grounding the energy of transformation into the physical is one way to return to balance. The physical is often far slower to change than the rest of ourselves. Alaya is dedicated to transformation, and this it does, in every day.
